Travis Clemons, 25, of Michigan City passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.
A celebration of life memorial will be announced at a later date.
The Root Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Travis was born September 30, 1998 in Michigan City to Scott Clemons and Sherawn Chappell. His father is preceding him in death and his mother is surviving.
Also surviving is his Brother Kyle Fugate, Grandmother Vicki Kuzio, Uncle and Aunt Shane Chappell and Nicole Chappell, Breanna Chappell, Shane Chappell Jr, Austin Chappell, John Chappell, Autumn Chappell, Serenity Chappell and Sofia, Jed and Fin. Grandfather Phillip Morlan, Step Sister Kaysie Fugate, Step Father Allen Fugate and Half Brother Scotty Clemons.
He was very much loving to his younger Nieces Audri and Amiah Fugate.
He also has some very close friends friends Dj Odell and Nick Maitland.
He is preceded in death by his Father Scott Clemons, Great Grandmother Shirley Stribling and Grandfather Elvin Chappell.
Trav was a loyal friend to his family and those around him and he would fight the world for them. He was very family oriented and loved all his family dearly. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
